How do membership swaps and returns work?

As a member, you can hold 2, 4, or 6 items per month, depending on your plan. You have the flexibility to swap your rentals anytime during your membership—you don’t need to return all your items at once. My item doesn't fit. What should I do?

Members: Create a return from your Account by heading to the membership tab, find your Active Orders and select "Return Items". Register the item for return. Please send back your item(s) the same day or, if after 5pm, the next working day.

Event Rentals: Please email orders@forthecreators.co within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a refund. Any return requests made after 24 hours will receive rental credit. If you'd like a different size or style, please note this in the returns form, and we'll be in touch ASAP to organise this. Please make sure your ribbon is intact for all returns!

How do I become a member?

Pick a membership plan, add the items of your choice to your basket, and check out. Your rentals are yours for as long as you like them. When you're ready, return your rentals and choose your new items. It's that easy!

How does your membership work?

As a member, you can rent 2, 4, or 6 items per month, depending on your plan. You have the flexibility to swap your rentals anytime during your membership—you don’t need to return all your items at once. Each item can be kept and worn for as long as you need. Membership is flexible and can be cancelled anytime. Benefits include free site-wide delivery, returns, size swaps, and 25% off Event Rental items.

How do I cancel my membership?

Our monthly membership can be adjusted or cancelled anytime to suit your growing needs, giving you freedom without commitment. You can easily cancel by reaching out to us at orders@forthecreators.co. You can keep current rentals until the end of the rental period, after which your membership will end without further charges.

Can I purchase the clothing?

You can! Members benefit from 25% off the retail price. Simply fill out this form to check if the item is available for purchase, and we'll get back to you within one working day.

Can I switch membership plans?

Easily switch plans by going to Account > Membership > Manage Membership > Change Plan. If you upgrade, you’ll be charged pro rata and will immediately be able to access more items. Downgrades will take effect the following month once your items have been returned.

Can I gift a membership?

How do I change my payment method?

Just head to your Account > Membership > Manage Membership >Update card details > Send edit payment link

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship UK-wide, including the Channel Islands International shipping is currently not available, but we hope to expand in the future.

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

If your items haven't arrived, please check the tracking in your account first. You can access this via Account > Orders > Order number. If it hasn't been dispatched, email us at orders@forthecreators.co, and we'll reply within 1 working day with an estimated delivery date.

What happens if I’m not in to accept a delivery?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link to leave delivery instructions or request it be left in a "safe place" or with a neighbour. Please note, that we use a third-party delivery provider and are not responsible if delivery notes are not followed or the order is left in an unapproved place.

Once an item has been confirmed as delivered to the customer’s address by Royal Mail or another courier, responsibility for the item passes to the customer. For The Creators is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to items after delivery has been confirmed. We recommend that customers check with neighbour's or any designated safe delivery locations in case of misplacement.

My items have arrived in poor condition, what should I do?

We have a very strict quality control process so we hope this never happens. If on the rare occasion there is an issue with the condition of your order please email orders@forthecreators.co

Do I need to return my items in the For The Creators packaging?

Ideally, yes! We provide sustainable packaging that is designed to be reused. Please fold the packaging and store it safely until you're ready to return your rental. Reusing the original packaging helps us reduce waste and maintain our commitment to sustainability.

How do I return an Event Rental?

There's no need to register a return with our Event rental service - unless you want to swap or request a refund. Return your items on the last day of the rental period via Royal Mail or home collection. If you'd like to swap sizes or return an unworn item, please get in touch at orders@forthecreators.co within 24 hours of receiving it.

How do I return a purchased item?

You can return unworn clothing items within 30 days, except for knickers, briefs, swimwear, sale items and beauty or wellness products. Complete a returns request form and use the enclosed free post label to send items back (be sure to hold onto your proof of postage!) We'll inspect the item(s) once received, and you'll get a full refund or exchange as long as there's no damage or signs of wear.

Can I remove the ribbon from my rental?

Only if you decide to keep the item! If returned without the ribbon, it will be considered worn and won't be eligible for refunds, exchanges or rental credit.

What happens if I lose or damage my rental?

We understand that accidents happen—whether it’s colicky baby stains or milk leaks—so we accept minor wear and tear. For more significant damage, accidental damage cover is included in your membership fee.

For non-members, optional insurance is available to cover repairable damage. If you choose not to take insurance or the item is lost or beyond repair, you may be required to pay compensation for repair or replacement.

What do I do if my rental is due back on a Sunday?

Don't worry, you can return it on Monday at no extra charge! The easiest way to do this is to book a free Royal Mail home collection.

My credits aren't showing. What do I do?

Make sure you've registered your return under Membership > Return Items. Once registered, your credits will appear. If they still don't show, email us at orders@forthecreators.co for assistance.
