Returning a Purchase

We offer a 30-day return policy on clothing items purchased from our store, with the exception of swimwear, underwear, and beauty & wellness products, which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
To return an item

  • Log in and go to the Returns tab
  • Select 'Create new return'
  • Choose the items you'd like to return, select your returns method and confirm

You'll receive either a printable label or a QR code for your chosen drop-off point, or you can arrange a home collection.

Track your return at any time from the Returns tab.

Ex Rental & Imprefect Items:

These item is sold as-is and is not eligible for return or refund. Please check photos and product details carefully before purchasing.

Final Sale Items

Some previously rented pieces are listed as Final Sale. These items are marked as Ex-Rental or Imperfect, are heavily discounted, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Everything you need to know will be clearly marked on the product page. It's worth double-checking sizing and fit before you buy. If you're unsure, just get in touch before you order and we'll help.

One Time Rental

With our One-Time Rental service, there’s no need to register a return unless the item is unsuitable.

Returning at the End of Your Rental:

On the last day of your agreed rental period, simply:

  • Log in and go to the Returns tab
  • Select 'Create new return'
  • Choose the items you'd like to return, select your returns method and confirm

You'll receive either a printable label or a QR code for your chosen drop-off point, or you can arrange a home collection.

Need to Swap Your Item?

If the item isn’t right for you and you’d prefer to return it for a part credit / part refund, please complete this form within 24 hours of receiving your rental:

Do I need to clean my rental before I send it back?

No don't worry, we'll take care of that for you. The cost is included in your rental fees.

Membership Rental

As a Member, you can either hold onto your current rentals for another month, or swap them out for something fresh - it’s totally up to you!

Your credits refresh straight away — pick your next pieces whenever you're ready.

When can I swap my items?

Swap your items anytime, all our members get unlimited deliveries so you can change up your wardrobe as your body and needs change too.

What if I’m only returning part of my order?

No problem at all! You can return just some of your pieces, credits will be added to your account for those items only and the other items will auto extend. 

My credits haven’t appeared — what should I do?

Credits should appear instantly after you register the return. If they don’t, just drop us a line at orders@forthecreators.co and we’ll help as soon as possible.
