Membership Swaps & Returns

As a Member, you can either hold onto your current rentals for another month, or swap them out for something fresh - it’s totally up to you!

Here’s how to make a swap: Sign in to the membership portal here


Go to Membership > Return Items in your account and select the pieces you're sending back. Once submitted, your rental credits will be updated instantly so you can start browsing and selecting your next pieces right away.


When can I swap my items?

The Refresh Plan - Swap at the start of each billing period or keep your items for another month if you’d rather.

The Essential Plan - Swap at the start of the billing period, plus swap 2 of your 4 items again any time mid-month.

What if I’m only returning part of my order?

No problem at all! You can return just some of your pieces, credits will be added to your account for those items only and the other items will auto extend.

My credits haven’t appeared — what should I do?


Credits should appear instantly after you register the return. If they don’t, just drop us a line at orders@forthecreators.co and we’ll help as soon as possible.

One-Time Rental Returns

With our Rent Occasionally service, there’s no need to register a return unless the item is unsuitable.

Returning at the End of Your Rental: On the last day of your agreed rental period, simply:

  • Pack up your items in the reusable bag provided and drop off to your nearest Post office or arranage a free home collection via Royal Mail, whatever works best for you.

If the item doesn’t suit and you’d like to swap it, please email us at orders@forthecreators.co within 24 hours of receiving it, and we’ll be happy to help.


Returning an Unsuitable Item for Credit/Refund:

If the item isn’t right for you and you’d prefer to return it for a part credit / part refund, please complete this form within 24 hours of receiving your rental:

Retail Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on clothing items purchased from our retail store, with the exception of swimwear, underwear, and beauty & wellness products, which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

You can process your return here and send your item(s) back using the free returns label enclosed in your parcel. We recommend obtaining proof of postage when dropping off your return, just in case there are any delivery issues.

Once your item is received, it will be inspected. Provided it’s unworn, in original condition, and undamaged, we’ll issue a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.


Returns of Gently Rented Items

If you’ve purchased a gently rented item at a discounted price, please note these are final sale, and any returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

FAQ

Can I remove the ribbon from my rental?

Only if you decide to keep the item for rental!

Our ribbons act as reusable labels. If you return an item without the ribbon attached, it will be considered worn.

If your item arrives with tags, it means you're the very first to rent it — lucky you! Feel free to remove and discard the tags before wearing.
