Membership Swaps & Returns

As a Member, you can either choose to keep hold of your current rentals for another month, or swap your looks for something new.

To swap your looks and redeem new credits to make your next Membership selects, head over to the membership portal here to process your returns. Once you've processed your return, pack up your rentals, pop them back in the reusable bag and attach the prepaid returns label, then choose how you would like to return your items.

Either drop them off at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office, or arrange a home collection by the next working day. Simple!

One-Time Rental Returns

There's no need to register a return with our One-Time Rental Service, unless you are looking to swap an item, or get a refund.

On the last day of your agreed rental period, pack up your rentals, pop them back in the reusable bag and attach the prepaid returns label.

If you are looking to swap the size, or return an unworn item, please contact us here within 24 hours of receiving your item.

As with Membership, you can choose how you want to send back your items! Either drop your rentals off at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office, or arrange a home collection for the last date of your agreed rental period.

Retail Returns

We offer a 30 day returns policy on all clothing items from our retail store with the exception of knickers and briefs and beauty and wellness products. You can process your return here and send back your item(s) using the free post label enclosed.

We recommend getting proof of postage in case there is an issue getting the parcel to us. Once the item is received it will be inspected and should there be no damage and the item hasn't been worn we will issue a full refund or exchange.


Can I remove the ribbon from my rental?

All our garments will arrive with a ribbon attached - please only remove the ribbon if you have decided to keep your rental and are happy to wear it. Any items that are sent back with the ribbon removed will be considered worn and you will not be able to receive a refund, rental credit or an exchange.

My item doesn't fit. What should I do?

Any items you would like to swap must still have the ribbon attached to the garment and be unworn.

If you're a member simply login in to your account and head to the membership tab. Find your Active Orders and press "Return Items". Please then send back your item(s) the same day or if after 5pm, the next working day, and make a new selection. Your new selection will be sent the next working day or same day if placed before 11am.

If you've rented from our One-Time Rental collection and if the item(s) you receive don't fit, or aren't to your taste please complete this form.

Please note that we only issue full cash refunds on items that still have the ribbon in tact and where a return request has been made within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any return requests made after 24 hours will receive a rental credit refund.

Please return items in their original condition and with the original packaging with the ribbon still attached within 24 hours of receiving the item.  It is of course fine to try on the item(s) as you would in a shop but if you wish to place a return, the ribbon must be in tact.

Should you wish to order a different size or style as a replacement, please note this in the returns form and a member of our team will be in touch to organise this with you asap.
