Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and Bank Holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

We hope you love your Tonic piece, but if something’s not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags intact. If using alternative packaging, please ensure it’s secure, waterproof, and protective.

Unless your item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
