You can expect to receive your Membership rentals within 1-2 days. If you place your order by 11am, your delivery will be dispatched to receive the next day. Delivery is free with Membership.

If you've selected to Rent One-Time your rental will arrive on or before the rental start date.

If you've purchased an item expect to receive your item within 1-2 days. If you place your order by 11am, your delivery will be dispatched to receive the next day.

Members:

Create a return from your account by heading to the membership tab, find your Active Orders and select "Return Items". Register the item for return. Please send back your item(s) the same day or, if after 5pm, the next working day.

Rent Occasionally:

Email at order@forthecreators.co within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a refund. Any return requests made after 24 hours will receive rental credit. If you'd like a different size or style, please note this in the email, and we'll be in touch ASAP to organise this. Please make sure your ribbon is intact for all returns!

Purchases

You can return unworn clothing items within 30 days, except for knickers, briefs, swimwear, sale items and beauty or wellness products. These items are non refundable.

Complete a returns request form and use the enclosed free post label to send items back (be sure to hold onto your proof of postage!).

We'll inspect the item(s) once received, and you'll get a full refund or exchange as long as there's no damage or signs of wear.

Rental

We have two options for you, to make returns as easy as possible! Please pack up your rentals and pop them back in the reusable bag and attach the prepaid returns label, then choose how you would like to return your items. You can either drop off at Royal Mail, or arrange a free home collection. Just add your tracking number, found on your returns label to the system to book.

If your return date falls on a Sunday, or Bank Holiday, please ensure they’re with Royal Mail by midday the next working day.

There is no need to clean your garment before you return it. We will handle that for you! All of our clothes are professionally cleaned in our warehouse, including ozone washing and ozone chambers so you do not need to clean your rental before returning it to us.  Our cleaning process removes odours, germs, buys and 99.8% of viruses. As a member you have insurance included with every order.
