Returned items must arrive to us in the same condition as when you received them and be returned in the original packaging, unopened and unused. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we deem the product has been used and is in an unsellable condition. Please notify us of any items to return within 7 days of receiving your order.For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns and will not be able to refund any baby changing mats that have been opened - please ensure the packaging of your changing mat, anti-roll changing mat, splash mat or travel mat is not opened.

Refunds will be issued within 7-10 working days of receiving the return and will be refunded to the original payment method used when the order was placed. Please note we do not refund shipping charges unless the item is faulty, and we cannot be held responsible for any interest charges made by a credit card company whilst waiting for the returns to be refunded to your card.
