Depending on your plan, you can hold either 2 or 4 items at a time — and swap them as often as you like throughout the month.

To start a swap, place the items you're returning in the reusable bag that came with your order and use the prepaid label provided. You can either drop them off at a Royal Mail location or schedule a free home collection here: Royal Mail Home Collection.

Next, go to Membership > Request return and follow the steps. Your account will be updated with a rental credit that you can use straight away.

If you're only returning part of your rentals, that's absolutely fine. If you need an extra returns label, you can request one here: Royal Mail Returns.

You can buy items that you fall in love with once you've tried them at home.

Yes. In addition to 25% off anything you choose to keep, you also get 20% off our one-time rentals.
You can reserve items up to a year in advance. We'll deliver your outfit to your door, and your delivery price includes free returns. If the item doesn't fit, return it within 24 hours for a part-money, part-credit refund. Contact orders@forthecreators.co for support.

Yes, your membership is commitment-free. You can pause, switch, or cancel at any time.

Just make sure you:

• Return all items at least 5 business days before your next billing date (check your account for details).
• Send us proof of postage and let us know why you’re cancelling by submitting this Cancellation Request form by completing this form - Cancellation Request.
  

Cancellations can only be processed once all items have been received. If items are not returned, or if we do not receive proof of postage in time, we reserve the right to charge for membership.

We have a very strict quality control process so we hope this never happens. If on the rare occasion there is an issue with the condition of your order please email orders@forthecreators.co

Accidental damage cover is included in your membership. The insurance covers repairable damage during your rental. It does not cover loss, theft, or irreparable damage.

We recommend avoiding:

• Body tape, as it can leave permanent marks
• Safety pins which can cause unfixable holes

If these damages occur, you'll be charged the item's retail price.

All items are professionally cleaned at our warehouse. If you're keeping your item for multiple wears and would like to refresh it please follow the washing instructions carefully.
