Can I switch membership plans?
To easily switch your plan, go toAccount>Membership>Manage Membership>Change Plan. Please note that all changes will be billed and take effect immediately. We recommend making any adjustment sa day before your usual billing date to ensure everything is processed smoothly.
How do I change my payment method?
Just head to your Account > Membership > Manage Membership > Update card details > Send edit payment link and check your email to make the update.
How do I return my items?
To return your items, place the items you're returning in the reusable bag that came with your order and use the prepaid label provided. You can either drop them off at a Royal Mail location or schedule a free home collection here: Royal Mail Home Collection.
What do I do if I've lost my returns label?

Can I purchase the clothing?
You can buy items that you fall in love with once you've tried them at home.
