1. The promotion

This giveaway is jointly promoted by For The Creators Ltd ("For The Creators") and OVUM Ltd ("OVUM") (together, "the Promoters"). Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

2. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 and over. Employees and immediate family members of either Promoter, or any associated agencies or suppliers, are not eligible to enter. No purchase is necessary.

3. How to enter

To enter, complete the entry form in full — including first name, email address, and stage of pregnancy or motherhood — and confirm acceptance of these terms. Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be accepted. One entry per person.

4. Closing date

Entries must be submitted by 23:59 (GMT) on 30 April 2025. Late entries will not be considered.

5. The prize

One winner will receive: (a) a three-month For The Creators Maternity Clothes Membership at the 4-item tier, activated within 28 days of winner confirmation; and (b) a three-month supply of OVUM Time to Carry® prenatal supplements, dispatched within 28 days of winner confirmation.

The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative is available. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute either prize component with one of equivalent or greater value should circumstances require.

6. Winner selection and notification

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Promoters reserve the right to select and notify an alternative winner.

7. Data and marketing communications

Your personal data will be collected and processed by both For The Creators and OVUM for the purpose of administering this promotion. Where you have opted in, both brands may use your email address to send you marketing communications. You may unsubscribe from either brand's communications at any time via the link in any email. 8. Publicity

By entering, you agree that the Promoters may reference your first name and general location (e.g. city or region) in any giveaway-related publicity, without additional compensation.

9. Liability

The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received due to technical issues. The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion at any time and without notice, where circumstances make this unavoidable.

10. Governing law

This promotion is governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
