• How to Use:
  Apply a small amount of ActiveCare Cream to the required area and gently massage until fully absorbed — this should take around 15–20 seconds. For best results, use in the morning and again at night before bed. For additional night-time comfort, apply once an hour before bed and again just before going to sleep. If you’re active during the day — whether walking, running, or at the gym — use the cream before and after exercise/movement to help keep you moving comfortably.
