A loose fitting maxi dress in a red floral print. Features a ruffle trim around the neck with a tie detail and functioning buttons. Gathering around the waist and a deep tier with ruffle trim at the hem. The dress is fully lined except for the sheer sleeves which have a soft elastic cuff.
