Clare Bourne, Pelvic Floor Physio created these The All About Mum cards to provide all the essential information patients would need to walk them through the early days and weeks postnatal. Women often say that they spent so long thinking about pregnancy and birth, but didn’t feel educated about the postpartum period. These cards cover all topics from recovery after vaginal or caesarean birth to your first wee and poo and return to exercise. They are the ideal gift for yourself or to give to a friend, no need for horror stories but a gentle guide to help them navigate the moments that lots of us fear.
Delivery & Returns
Get your delivery in 1-2 working days. We currently ship UK-wide, including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Check your order status for your Royal Mail tracking number.
Free shipping on orders over £75. No returns on beauty, swimwear & underwear.
We offer a 30-day return policy on items purchased from our store, with the exception of swimwear, underwear, and beauty & wellness products, which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Please send your item(s) back using the free returns label enclosed in your parcel.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage when dropping off your return, just in case there are any delivery issues.
Once your item is received, it will be inspected. Provided it’s unworn, in original condition, and undamaged, we’ll issue a full refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship UK-wide, including the Channel Islands. International shipping is currently not available, but we hope to expand in the future.
What do I do if I haven't received my order?
If your items haven't arrived, please check the tracking in your account first. You can access this via Account > Orders > Order number. If it hasn't been dispatched, email us at orders@forthecreators.co, and we'll reply within 1 working day with an estimated delivery date.
