Modal is made from beech pulp and is significantly softer and more breathable than standard cotton jersey — which matters when hormonal changes leave skin more sensitive and body temperature all over the place.
The cut sits under the bump during pregnancy without pressure, and carries on as a favourite everyday brief long afterwards. For C-section recovery we'd point you towards our high-waisted styles, which sit clear of the scar.
Machine washable at 30°C. Buy a few — once you've worn modal, cotton feels rough by comparison.

We currently ship UK-wide, including the Channel Islands. International shipping is currently not available, but we hope to expand in the future.
