Anyone who has tried to get a sleeping baby out of a car seat and into a pram will understand the appeal immediately. It also transforms travel: taxis, airports and city trips stop requiring a full travel system.
Worth knowing: car seats aren't recommended for prolonged sleep — guidance generally suggests limiting time in a car seat to around two hours at a stretch, with breaks for a lie-flat rest.
Always install according to the manufacturer's instructions and check compatibility with your car. A genuinely transformative buy for city and travelling families.
