Delivery

We offer Standard Delivery (3–4 working days) for £4.95 and Express Delivery (1–2 working days) for £6.95. Free delivery on orders over £50. Delivery is always free for members.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days for clothing, provided items are unworn and in their original condition. Beauty, swimwear, and underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. A £5 returns shipping fee applies to all non-member returns and will be deducted from your refund. Members enjoy free returns on all purchases.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship UK-wide, including the Channel Islands. International shipping is currently not available, but we hope to expand in the future.

What do I do if I haven't received my order?

If your items haven't arrived, please check the tracking in your account first. You can access this via Account > Orders > Order number. If it hasn't been dispatched, email us at orders@forthecreators.co, and we'll reply within 1 working day with an estimated delivery date.
