Purchase insurance on your product to protect you from any damages.
We want you to enjoy wearing what you hire from us and we accept that some fair wear and tear may occur (such as minor stains, missing buttons, tuck zips and minor rips). We would however remind you that the item(s) you hire from us will at all times remain the property of For The Creators and if you return the items damaged (excluding these minor damages), you will have to pay compensation for repair or replacement.
Each item will be reviewed on a case by case basis and we will investigate any damages before informing you of the next steps and of any charges.
Please note that we strongly advise against using:
- Body tape when wearing any of garments as often this leaves unremovable marks on outfits.
- Or adding safety pins on outfits because this leaves small holes which cannot be repaired.
If any of the above is used, you will be charged a replacement fee.
If you do damage an item, please let us know ASAP by using emailing us on orders@forthecreators.co and attaching images of the damage for us to review within 24hrs.

Get your delivery in 1-2 working days. We currently ship UK-wide, including the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Check your order status for your Royal Mail tracking number.
Returns
Returning a sale item? No problem, it’s simple. Just use the prepaid label in your bag to send it back to us.

For sale returns, a £5 fee applies to help cover the cost of shipping and processing, and this will be deducted from your refund.
