Postpartum bleeding is heavier than most people expect and lasts up to six weeks, whether you birth vaginally or by C-section. Regular sanitary towels aren't designed for it — maternity pads are longer, softer and far more absorbent.
Tampons and menstrual cups are not recommended in the early postpartum period because of infection risk, so pads are the only option for the first weeks. Pack at least two packs in your hospital bag.
Single use. Speak to your midwife if bleeding is unusually heavy or you pass large clots.

We currently ship UK-wide, including the Channel Islands. International shipping is currently not available, but we hope to expand in the future.
What do I do if I haven't received my order?
If your items haven't arrived, please check the tracking in your account first. You can access this via Account > Orders > Order number. If it hasn't been dispatched, email us at orders@forthecreators.co, and we'll reply within 1 working day with an estimated delivery date.
