The tea comes in biodegradable, plastic-free tea bags. Each cup brews a smooth, earthy flavour. Many people use raspberry leaf tea to help support uterine tone and ease menstrual or postpartum cramping — though it’s not a miracle cure, just a gentle herbal support.
If you decide to brew, use one tea bag per cup, steep for 5 minutes. It’s best introduced later in pregnancy (typically after the first trimester) and is often continued through postpartum, if it suits your body and health provider agrees.

We currently ship UK-wide, including the Channel Islands. International shipping is currently not available, but we hope to expand in the future.
What do I do if I haven't received my order?
