If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact Ovum by email at info@startwithovum.com with your order details and return the product unopened to us in the condition in which it was sent within 14 days of you receiving the product and we'll refund the product price.Please note that we can only process refunds of products that arrive back to us in a re-saleable condition. Postage & Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Those placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, and any time Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday. We will send you an email once your order has been shipped so you'll know that it is on its way to you.
