How to use

Organic Postpartum Hair Revival Tea

1 Teabag per cup, pour over boiling water and leave to brew for 4-5 minutes. For the best taste, cover the cup while brewing. Our herbalist recommends drinking freely and it’s beneficial to drink for 6 weeks after giving birth.

Place gently into the nostril whilst keeping the other nostril is closed and inhale deeply, repeat with the other nostril. We suggest using no more than 3 times per hour

Returns are accepted within 30 days for clothing, provided items are unworn and in their original condition. Beauty, swimwear, and underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. What does the NHS say about Postpartum Recovery?

There are many parts of the body that need time to recover after childbirth. You may have had stitches, are experiencing heavy bleeding or are having bladder problems. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle with light exercise and making sure your body is getting enough nutrients but without pushing yourself too far.

It is also important to be drinking at least 2 litres of water a day, especially if breastfeeding, to stay hydrated and encourage the regular passing of urine.

Try and avoid getting constipated after birth as it causes strain on the pelvic floor muscles and stitches. A healthy diet ensuring you are obtaining all the vital nutrients and vitamins will help prevent this

What is postpartum hair loss?

During pregnancy the body experiences high amounts of oestrogen and progesterone.

The high levels of these hormones cause the hair to remain in an extended period of growth resulting in thicker hair.

Once your hormone levels drop after postpartum your hair starts to shed up to 400 strands a day.

By 6 months postpartum the hair loss rate should reduce to pre-pregnancy
