How to Use
Relief Salts
Add 2–3 handfuls (approx. 200g) to a warm bath. Increase for a more intensive experience. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
Relief Balm
Apply a pea-sized amount to the targeted area and massage until fully absorbed. Use twice daily.
