Refunds are offered 14 days from the day after you receive your order. To request any exchange or return by emailing info@jorgenhouse.com. You must return the product within 14 days of telling us you have changed your mind. If returned after this date a store credit will only be issued.
Our standard shipping charge is £5.95 within the UK. UK orders are sent via DHL and will be received on a next day delivery service. You will be notified once your order has been shipped and provided with tracking information. We offer free UK delivery on orders over £200
