The Breastfeeding Herbal Blend
About this product
Why you'll love it: Something warm to drink while you feed — and a moment that's just yours. The Sabi Breastfeeding Herbal Blend is a high-dose, whole-leaf blend built around fennel, moringa, oat straw and nettle — botanicals traditionally used for exactly this moment.
- Whole-leaf botanicals rather than dust in a bag
- High-dose blend, formulated rather than thrown together
- Key ingredients: fennel, moringa, oat straw and nettle
- Caffeine free
- Loose leaf — brew a pot and keep it topped up
Breastfeeding is thirsty work: most women need considerably more fluid than usual, and a pot of something warm beside the feeding chair is an easy way to get it in. Fennel and nettle have been used by breastfeeding women for generations, though the evidence for galactagogues is limited — the biggest drivers of supply remain frequent effective feeding, hydration and rest.
Brew for 5–10 minutes to get the most from whole-leaf botanicals; a longer steep makes a real difference to strength.
Herbal blends are traditional preparations, not medicines. Always check with your midwife, GP or pharmacist before drinking herbal teas during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or if you take any medication. Not a substitute for medical advice.
