UK guidance recommends 400mcg of folic acid daily until at least 12 weeks of pregnancy, and 10mcg of vitamin D daily throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding. A well-formulated prenatal covers these plus the wider nutrient demands of growing a baby.
Importantly, pregnancy supplements should not contain vitamin A in retinol form, which is why a purpose-made prenatal matters rather than a general multivitamin.
