We recommend you take your three daily capsules after food, ideally over the course of the day. It is possible to take all three daily capsules at once, however we suggest this only if you are not usually sensitive to supplements.

Please remember that routine is key with supplements. While missing a day or two won’t have a big impact, taking it consistently will ensure the best possible results.

If you have found you are particularly sensitive to high-quality supplements in the past, we recommend starting with one capsule per day and building up to the full dosage over the course of 1-2 weeks.
