What if my item doesn't fit?

No worries! Login to your account, click on Membership & request a return. Immediately checkout the item you'd like as a replacement. Then send back the item you want to return using the free returns label within 24 hours.

Do I need a membership to rent?

No — one-time rentals are completely membership-free. Just choose your outfit, book your rental window, and you’re good to go.

What rental windows can I choose?

You can rent for 4, 7, 10 or 30 days, depending on what you need. Longer windows are perfect for weddings, travel or those weeks when you want the reassurance of having something that fits that month, but you can send back before your next trimester or stage of motherhood.

Can I extend the rental?

Yes — if you’re loving your outfit or need it for a little longer, you can request an extension (subject to availability). Just email orders@forthecreators.co before your return date.

What happens if I damage my rental?

We're a team of mothers who understand that accidents happen so we accept minor wear and tear. You can add damage cover at checkout to cover you for repairable damage. If you choose not to take insurance or the item is lost or beyond repair, you may be required to pay compensation for repair or replacement.
