Cellular Hydration - energy, recovery + deep hydration

Electrolytes are probably best known for their use in sports, but their benefits extend far beyond fitness and recovery. They are critical for nervous system function, cognitive performance, energy production and emotional wellbeing. Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium, and Potassium are some of our main electrolytes, and whilst most of us are getting enough Sodium, studies have shown that a large proportion of the population aren't getting the RDA of both Potassium and Magnesium. We've also added Vitamin C to reduce tiredness and fatigue, alongside adaptogenic Maca, and prebiotic Inulin to support the microbiome.

Cellular Hydration is for anyone who wants to support energy, psychological function, cognitive function, hydration, physical performance, and combat fatigue. Cellular Hydration is also particularly helpful when electrolyte demands are increased, for example with regular exercise, a stressful lifestyle, and/or breastfeeding.

When will I notice a difference?
It's common to see an improvement in energy, exercise performance or recovery, and mental clarity immediately after use. As electrolytes also have longterm benefits, it will continue to work as you use it regularly. The adaptogenic properties of Maca may take longer to feel.

When should I take it?
Cellular Hydration is great for many situations, so the best answer is whenever is best for you. Here are some of our favourite ways to take it:
— Upon rising, to instantly replenish electrolytes lost overnight and rehydrate
— 30 minutes before your workout and/or during your workout for sustaining energy
— Post workout to aid recovery
— Between meals and/or to help sustain energy, focus, and prevent the mid afternoon slump
— Post consumption of alcohol to help combat symptoms of a hangover

What does it taste like?
We love it! Cellular Hydration has no chemical sweeteners or added sugar, and only contains a small amount of natural flavourings. As such, it is slightly tart with a hint of citrus. You can adjust the taste by adding more or less water to your liking.
